Course description

It will also cover the new legislation announced during COVID-19 and how to protect your firm following the changes. Join the hugely popular speaker Helen Forster as she explores recent case law and simple mistakes, survivorship clauses, and problems leaving specific gifts. The uses and problems of letters of wishes will also be discussed, along with alterations to the Wills Act, cutting out beneficiaries, and much more.
