Basic Microsoft Teams
Being confident in Microsoft Basic Teams functions is essential for anyone who is in business today. Teams is an ideal way as the name suggests of keeping in touch with the rest of your team or indeed your client's. This half day course is for anybody wanting to learn about basic Microsoft Teams functions and as its part of Microsoft 365. It helps participants gain the knowledge to ensure that they can maximise the full use of MS Teams.
To ensure success, participants should be familiar with using personal computers, and should have experience using a keyboard and mouse. Students should be comfortable in the Windows® environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on their computers. Specific tasks the participants should be able to perform include launching and closing applications, navigating basic file structures, and managing files and folders
