What is NLP? Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a technique used to change the way someone thinks and behaves to help achieve desired outcomes for them. It uses communication, perceptual, and behavioural techniques to make it easier for people to change their thoughts and actions. During this NLP and Psychology QLS Level 3, you will explore the anatomy of the brain, defining belief systems and values, language acquisition, and more.
