It will encourage you to assess the effectiveness of your current processes and procedures in measuring team performance, share best practice of high performance teams and critically review your own ability to lead and manage teams

This Module has been designed to support practicing or potential middle managers who are responsible for the developing and leading a team. Completing this will provide 4 Credits towards the ilm Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management.

ilm Accreditation and Certification (Optional)
Delegates have the option for an additional fee of £259 per person to achieve ilm Level 5 Unit Qualification. This includes ilm Registration, Membership, Tutorial Support and Certification.
