We offer Leadership & Management Training, ILM national Qualifications, Bespoke Programmes & Online Training Seminars supported through a blended learning approach.
Since we opened our doors we have had over 2500 delegates across a range of management levels and market sectors attend an ILM National Qualification or ILM Bespoke Programme.
Our success can be measured through 98.9% of all delegates who have completed a Qualification, and those who implemented a Making a Difference Change/Improvement Project, which creates a measurable return on the investment made.

Integrated into all our programmes is the Promote Learner Journey Platform which takes your training and development to the next level. It provides details of your learner journey (Modules, Seminars, Action Plans, Tasks, and Assignments) and maps your development and progress against set milestones. Using the platform you will be able to access the assessments, tasks, and action plans that need to be completed before and after each Seminar/Module. This will be supported along the way with inputs from the Tutor (Facilitator), your Manager (Coach), and learning peers in this cohort with you.
