Course description
The Interpersonal Intelligence delivered over two half day seminars, provides a positive and practical experience to help delegates become more effective. It explores self perception and the perception others have of them, whilst enhancing the performance of the team. The approach is fun and interactive, and gives delegates a language and framework to better understand themselves and others, which they can put into practice immediately.

How it Works
Delegates complete an on-line Self-Assessment prior to the module. The output is a personal profile which helps delegates gain a detailed understanding of their personal style, and how this impacts upon their relationships in both personal and professional environments.
Using each delegate’s profile, the module facilitates an understanding of other personalities, the impact we have on them (especially different styles), our strengths, areas for development and potential blind-spots. With this foundation delegates can reflect and explore ways of improving their communication, influencing and negotiation to enhance communication across departments.

This Module is delivered through a blended learning approach consisting of two half-day Zoom/Microsoft Teams Seminars. Additional e-coaching is provided between seminars with individual delegates to encourage application of the models, tools and techniques back in the work environment.
