Course description
Creative thinking makes problem solving fun. This Module provides the tools and techniques to substantially enhance personal performance in both creative thinking and solving problems. It will illustrate how to solve problems through practical exercises and team work. At the end of the Module, delegates will have a tool kit and self confidence to facilitate a five step problem solving model and generate innovative ideas and solutions to problems.

Delegates have the option for an additional fee of £259 per person to achieve ilm Level 3 Unit Accreditation and Certification, by submitting the required assignment.
Course delivery details
This programme is delivered through a blended learning approach of two half-day Zoom/Microsoft Teams Seminars, Action Plans and one to one e-coaching to support implementation back in the workplace. Between Seminars, delegates will have the opportunity to implement and plan to resolve the problem.
