Leading and Motivating a Team provides an insight into the importance of teams to have a clear vision and purpose that reflects the organisation’s, and the role that effective communication and motivation play in delivering tasks, projects and organisational objectives.

This Module has been designed to support practicing or potential first line managers/supervisors who are responsible for the development of a team. Completing this will provide 2 Credits towards the ilm Level 3 Qualification in Leadership and Management.

ilm Accreditation and Certification (Optional)
Delegates have the option for an additional fee of £259 per person to achieve ilm Level 3 Unit Qualification. This includes ilm Registration, Membership, Tutorial Support and Certification.
