Course description

Introduction to Coaching Skills

“Coaching is the universal language of change and learning” (CNN). Helping people to help themselves and develop their potential reaps benefits for the individual, the employer and the organisation. Coaching is a useful skill that can be used in many different situations to empower and encourage others to take ownership. This course is aimed at those wanting to develop their knowledge and skills in using coaching skills with staff and other people. On completion, you can submit your learning activities to the course provider and if completed to a satisfactory level, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.

Delegates are expected to undertake a minimum of two coaching sessions as part of their learning and spend approximately 20 hours on the programme.
