CMI Diploma - can be completed in 3 to 6 months
This CMI diploma is designed to equip managers with a broad overview of the role and responsibilities of management, focusing on the key elements of the first-line and supervisory level. Delegates will gain highly valued skills necessary to ensure success.
An introductory course, learners are given the opportunity to begin their management careers with a firm foundation from which to progress into management by focusing on operational aspects.
Study Method
This Diploma is available as a supported learning package. Delegates are provided with all the necessary study materials for successful completion, including study guides, text books, practice questions, and online resources. Learners will study at their own pace and be supported throughout the course by a tutor who you can contact, and who can answer questions about the course content and help you with assessment queries.

Suitability - Who should attend?
This CMI Diploma in First Line Management (Level 3) is designed for those managers that are new to the supervisory or first line management role, as well as those hoping to improve their skills and benefit from formal training in management.
Pre-requisites
This beginner level qualification has no explicit pre-requisites. It is however highly recommended that delegates have approximately 6 months to 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
Non-native English speakers: evidence of at least IELTS level 6.5 or Trinity ISE III/IV will also be required.
