Course description
A hands-on practical course on how to green your office by understanding the environmental impact you have and the huge difference you can make.
The course takes into account the differences of various stakeholders within the organisation and company and how it can relate to social, ethical, environmental and economic benefits for all.
At the end of the course, delegates will be encouraged to formulate an individual action plan/road map green charter to share with their companies and organisations.

- Understanding corporate sustainability-how can it be mutually beneficial?
- Understanding the environmental impact and the difference you can make. What effect can it have on social, ethical, environmental and economic benefits?

- Office design-what is in your control? What environmental grants and loans are available?
- Technology as an ally--innovative tools for sustainability.
- Examination of case study examples-what have other companies achieved?
- Developing a green office charter and action plan/roadmap-what are our achievable objectives?
Course delivery details
- Delegates will be shown ways to analyse their own green office management procedures and be shown which stakeholders have a share in the benefits (it is not green vs profit, it can be green and profit).
- How corporate responsibility can benefit everyone and the impact it can make on social, ethical, environmental and economic challenges.
- A consideration of looking at office supplies and office design-what environmental grants and support is available?
- Delegates will be able to learn what innovative tools are appropriate and how these could be relevant in their individual organisations and companies.
- An examination of case studies by looking at what other companies and organisations have achieved in their desire to introduce green office management.
- Delegates will be encouraged to develop a green office charter/road map and action plan to implement within their organisation and companies.
