Online ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management
Are you a newly promoted manager, team leader or supervisor? Or maybe you are aiming to move into a management role within the next 12 months?
If so, our Level 3 Leadership and Management qualification offers you the transferable and practical skills you need to manage your team well and achieve a high level of performance.
We have supported hundreds of managers, supervisors and team leaders to achieve the qualification, many of whom have since progressed into senior roles and now recommend the programme to their colleagues.
The course is practical and skills based. You will be able to implement the learning immediately.

Who is this qualification for?
Anyone in a first-line management or supervisory role. Anyone aspiring to be in a first-line management or supervisory role in the next 12 months.
Suitable for individual learners who want to work through the content at their own pace over a 3-month period. Tutor support available throughout the programme.
Assessment
Assessment is via a written journal. Tutor feedback is highly supportive and prompt and is designed to support learners to complete to the level required.
