Established in 2004, Resound Training is an ILM Centre and provider offering leadership & management and coaching qualifications. Based in London and working globally, the Resound Training team are experts in leadership and management development.

Resound Training's most popular qualifications are:
- ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
- ILM Level 5 in Effective Coaching and Mentoring.
Resound Training provides monthly in-person training days for the Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management and bi-monthly training days for the ILM Level 5 in Effective Coaching and Mentoring.

Resound Training produces short drama training videos showing real life work situations. These can be used as standalone self-paced learning resources and they work brilliantly within online courses as they demonstrate situations and conversations which are instantly recognizable.
Resound Training has a series of online self-learn short courses, designed to support Managers have more meaningful conversations with their team members. These are available via their online Academy and are approved by The Institute of Leadership.
Resound Training deliver immersive workshops to enable managers to tackle difficult conversations. Resound Training use a drama-based learning approach to showcase real work stories. The audience re-direct the scenarios to create the solution to the problem. These workshops are delivered online and face-to-face with the Resound team of professional actors.
