The Resound Training team are experts in designing and delivering forum theatre and drama-based training. It is an approach which provides an immersive, interactive learning experience. The learning is immediate and memorable, and actionable back in the work place .
Resound Training offers half-day workshops. Their team of professional actors and expert facilitators, will guide delegates through scenarios that reflect the challenges they experience at work.

The Resound team do not ask delegates to role-play. Instead delegates will be able to:
- interview the characters
- re-direct the scenes
- discuss the issues in small facilitated groups.
The team will present two scenarios showing realistic conflict situations between two or more characters in the workplace. The audience will be able to re-direct the scenario to create the solution to the problems shown in the scene.
There will be an opportunity to identify and discuss successful conflict resolution strategies and techniques.
This approach is memorable, fun and very powerful.
