Compassion at Work
Over recent years there has been a lot of discussion about the need to create more compassionate workplaces. Compassionate leadership has been researched and written about and compassion appears in numerous organisational values statements.
What does it actually mean?
This short course explores what it means, why it's important and the positive impact it can have on company culture. We provide you with a simple and effective model which you will be able to apply immediately to everyday conversations. The model came out of our research and its something we use consistently and effectively in our Resound team and with our clients' teams. Not only will you have more meaningful conversations at work, you will also be improving workplace culture and enhancing wellbeing.
This short course comprises of short reads, practical exercises and links to thought-provoking video and audio resources and a series of case studies written by the Resound team and clients.
