Coaching sessions are delivered remotely via MS Teams or Zoom.  For London based clients we can offer face-to-face sessions at your workplace.

We book coaching in blocks of three sessions. This ensures enough time for you to make progress towards your goals. We conduct a review at the end of the third session to map outcomes and you decide whether to book further sessions. 

Sessions can be 60 minutes or 90 minutes

Price: £250 per 60 minutes (£375 for 90 minutes) 

Costs for 3 session x 60 minute sessions is £750.00
