Suitability - Who should attend?
Recommended minimum age of 21 years.
Required: a postgraduate diploma from any Swiss Education Group school, or a bachelor's degree in hotel management with a minimum of 4 months work, or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and minimum of two years of work experience in the hospitality/tourism industry or a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a supervisory/managerial position in the hospitality/tourism industry.
English language proficiency of TOEFL iBT 55 or IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
Training Course Content
Six weeks per module, minimum three live sessions, reading materials, 2 discussion forum per week, 10 quiz questions per week, and final module assignment.
