Change Management (PGT)

Do you want to make sure your organisation's change management projects are successful? Studies show that up to 70% of cultural change projects fail due to skillset gaps within the workforce. This course will give you the tools you need to be an excellent change leader and help ensure your projects are part of the successful 30%.

Suitability - Who should attend?

It is suggested that learners on this course are educated to at least Undergraduate level and have an IELTS equivalent of 6.5. Learners will not be asked to prove their academic or professional history.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Analyse different change management perspectives and understand the underlying values and orientations;
  • Synthesise and understand the internal processes, relationships, and external conditions that influence an organisation to change;
  • Evaluate changes in an organisation's internal and external environments and recommend the most appropriate change management implementation strategy.
