Course description
This course will show you how to communicate well with others and help you develop strategies on working with different patients, and help you develop better risk management practices and examine how you and your team go about avoiding the common pitfalls around complaint handling. This course will teach you how to become more assertive and lead others.
Objectives:
By attending this course the candidates will:
- Improve your ability to communicate successfully to peers, patients and other dental professionals.
- Learn how to avoid complaints using good risk management strategies and increased my confidence in being able to deal with them as they arise.
- Understood your own current levels of assertiveness and know how to lead others more productively in the workplace.
