Overview
This course give you an overview of the essentials of the NHS General Dental Services rules and regulations, including requirements and a summary of when and what to claim for treatment. Managing complaints is to help recognise how complaints may arise, assessing a complaint, responding to complaints appropriately and strategies for avoiding complaints.
On this short course you'll learn:
- where to find advice on the NHS Rules and Regulations in the GDS
- how to keep appropriate records and how to prescribe in the NHS GDS
- how to make appropriate claims for treatment in the NHS GDS
- how to respond to a complaint in an appropriate manner
- to recognise how complaints arise and strategies to help avoid them
