Bullying and Harassment
This 2-hour course has been developed for employees and managers and aims to help employers implement a culture free from bullying and harassment. participants will become familiar with key terminology and concepts and recognise why and how bullying and harassment need to be addressed in the modern-day workplace.
Case studies are used to highlight key points and generate group discussion and debate, and participants will also get the opportunity to reflect on their own behaviour in an attempt to identify if they may have been perceived as a bully.
