Influencing and Persuasion - In-house Course
Successful negotiators influence others to achieve the outcomes they want, while maintaining rapport and goodwill. This inspiring in-house course from BiteSize Learning focuses primarily on processes - providing a robust framework that can be applied to all negotiations. Participants will be able to adapt their negotiating style to overcome manipulative tactics.
The course will enable participants to:
- apply a systematic approach to all negotiations
- invest time in preparation to eliminate avoidable pitfalls
- identify their ideal and fall back positions to set the bargaining arena
- and know when they are prepared to walk away
- use their preferred style not to be phased by three key negotiating styles
- practise listening skills to identify the clues of the other party’s key drivers

Expenses
The cost of this in-house course is £1,200 (+VAT and travel expenses) for up to twelve people. BiteSize Learning courses are discounted if two are delivered in one day, from £1,200 for a single course to £2,160 for two courses in one day.
