Course description

Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship

An Insurance Practitioner provides outstanding service to customers and clients by outlining the potential risks they face in a variety of situations. From driving to natural disasters, they use best practice to offer the appropriate products that may help alleviate the fears in relation to these issues.

Insurance is a vast field and covers many disciplines covering business and domestic needs. It affects most of us and allows us to go about our daily lives with a degree of security. As an Insurance Practitioner you will match the right products and services with your customers' needs. This needs a range of personal and business qualities including the ability to listen, interpret and advise.

This programme will develop your logical and creative skills, as well as your abilities in mathematics and problem solving. You will learn how to build professional relationships effectively, within the context of the insurance and regulatory framework.
