Course description
Overview
This intermediate course aims to ensure practitioners are aware of the many tactical methods they can employ to ensure the effective running of a personal injury action. The course looks at when an application should be made and the basic procedure involved. It covers drafting points as well as advocacy at the application itself. A number of common applications in personal injury cases are also considered. Delegates are given the opportunity to take part in practical exercises.
