Course description

Being able to determine the impact of your organisation’s learning will increase the credibility of your organisation’s learning provision.

This course looks at why evaluation is important and its role in any learning intervention or course. It will explore different learning evaluation models and provide practical examples of how to use the models in different contexts.

It will also aid the thought process for anyone involved in undertaking a learning needs analysis or investigating a need for a training event. As well as the process of learning design itself. This course includes insights on how to ensure impact, engagement and learning transfer can be measured.

The programme has been designed by credible and well-respected L&D professional, Fiona McBride, and features contributions from a number of sources across the L&D profession.

All CIPD Learning courses will automatically provide you with access to the CIPD Learning Hub, our online learning platform, for 24 months.

The hub will house your course content, as well as useful resources, tools, and a community of professionals that you can tap into to support your learning and continual development.
