Course description
An effective Reward Strategy raises organisational performance by leveraging a company’s overall approach to rewarding its employees in support of its business and HR strategy. This course will provide a framework to deliver a performance-driven Reward Strategy, which can be applied at any level of the organisation.
As a successful HR Business Partner or HR Manager, the purpose of your role is to support your stakeholders in raising the performance of your organisation. Reward is integral to this.
In this course you will learn about reward strategy, what we mean by adopting a 'strategic approach to reward', and your role in helping to define and deliver this. You will explore and practice how to develop and leverage effective reward strategies to help drive business performance and create focus on the strategic objectives of your business.
