Course description

Hearing of changes within a corporate setting can often be daunting for employees. In many cases the thought of change will immediately create fear for their role, have them doubting their ability and question what this means for their team members. In many cases this is unrelated to direct the change they’re hearing about and more due to the way it was delivered to them. Keeping employee morale high during change communications is key to effectively lead change for themselves and their teams. This session will identify and explain key stages of emotions that are typically experienced, giving participants the toolkit to understand the factors that can help or hinder change initiatives. Practical guidelines and strategies will be given to participants, encouraging a positive and empathetic leadership style which will assist with the transition to the new way while maintaining morale

  • Develop action plans for building resilience and embracing change.
  • Learn how to foster a culture of continuous improvement in the face of uncertainty
