Impactful Leadership
This course is designed in such a way to help all leaders attending to improve those skills important for a leader and therefore, their interpersonal relationships. During the course, there will be plenty opportunities to express the challenges they experience and describe how these challenges are an obstacle to create an impactful leadership style.
