Leadership with Excellence in a World of Uncertainty (An Exclusive Leadership Open Workshop for Decision Makers)
How can a leader continue to be focused on their values while they are being challenged on a daily basis by other higher leaders? Is it possible or does it depend on how strong their values are?
Can a true leader connect people and understand cultures? This CPD accredited programme will be focusing on the different leadership styles which dominate this uncertain world, and which consciously or unconsciously influence everyone.
The workshop will explore the importance of bringing excellence to every workplace and its culture and how service excellence and true leadership are interconnected. The experienced facilitators will take the participants through a journey of impactful leadership, providing examples of true excellence by sharing their views on how champion leaders can shape this uncertain world.
The workshop will consist of 4 parts. Throughout the 2 days the attendees will have the opportunity to participate actively through discussions which will be thought provoking and activities which will be focusing on specific areas. There will be a psychologically based input on how influence, power and culture are connected. This workshop is very experiential and the attendees will be able to relate to everything is covered as it will be referring to events which almost everyone has experienced. We will not judge, and we will not say what is right and what is wrong, this is not what this workshop is about. We will be focusing on understanding the difference between leaders, behaviours and attitudes. We will be focusing on making everyone attending to feel comfortable enough to share their ideas and concerns with the rest of us. We are not looking to change opinions; we want to make people think before the next time they decide to lead their teams in a specific way.

Training Course Content
Part 1 - Leadership is an attitude – in this 1st part of our workshop we will explore styles and behaviours of high-profile leaders and how they can influence people. Leadership is a way of life; it is a philosophy. Together we will explore the importance that culture plays in a leader’s life and how our biases can affect how we lead. Everything will be based on reputable studies around the globe.
Part 2 – Excellence is a perception – the 2nd part will be dedicated to service excellence and how important is for everyone to realise that leaders offer service. We will demonstrate the pillars of service excellence and how excellence is a perception even though many of us assume that excellence is something objective. Finally, we will focus on how our daily habits can determine the way we can lead with excellence.
Part 3 - Prepared, connected, courageous and honest leadership – in this 3rd part we will focus again on leadership, which will be analysed and discussed, and we will explore the pillars of leadership. We will cover the elements of true leadership, present the Diomas leadership models and how all these can inspire a leader to lead to excellence. Finally, is an excellent leader a perfect one?
Part 4 – Real people, real leaders, real examples – we will conclude our workshop with the demonstration of how service excellence and leadership are very interconnected. Especially in difficult and uncertain times this interconnection becomes stronger and more vital for every person involved. We will conduct a panel with speakers, who through their personal leadership stories will inspire our attendees. Everyone will have the chance to ask our guests questions about their leadership experience.
