Course description
During this Diomas course delegates will go through all the elements, ideas and processes of team and project management. Leading a team can be very challenging and working on multiple projects can be overwhelming if the right processes and plans are not in place.
The attendees will get tips and tools on how to make them more productive and collaborative and at the same time, enable project management to be easier and less complex.
Everyone attending will appreciate and understand that every team and project, whether it be small or large, has the same foundation principles which can lead every team, project and eventually business to success.
We will explore the traits of a high-performing team and what causes a team to be dysfunctional and not productive. Understanding Emotional Intelligence (EQ) will help the team leaders to be able to prioritise and delegate the projects to their team members according to their strengths. Focusing on the strengths, the team will be motivated and their engagement will be at a very high level.
