In addition to the theory, experiential learning plays a key part as Individuals learn things about themselves along with their Team Members, and as you would expect there is a large element of FUNN (Functional Understanding Not Necessary) to build relationships and make the programme enjoyable and memorable. By using team development tools, it helps the team to learn more about the people they work with, and how to build the teams in a more productive way, bringing real and often immediate benefits to the business bottom line through higher Team engagement and a deeper understanding of themselves and each other.
Team building events can be run as sole events or as part of a more in-depth programme.
