Working across Government
Through this one-day workshop from Dods Training, participants will gain a firm understanding of the increasingly complex Public Sector, and the importance of collaborative working across Government.
Participants will learn:
- What drives the need to work collaboratively
- How to build effective collaborative relationships
- How to communicate effectively across Government at the strategic level
- How to co-ordinate efforts effectively during policy development
- How delivery partners can collaborate and innovate on the ground to deliver better public services.
The highly participative course will explore both the ‘hard’ procedural issues involved in working across government alongside the softer skills required for effective collaborative working. Participants will benefit from a range of group work, discussions and tailored tutor input.
