This one-day course has been designed for Supervisors, Team Leaders and Managers who have gained experience within their role and are looking to enhance their people management skills and to learn how best to succeed in their management position. This is a course that allows new managers the opportunity to explore and reflect on the skills required to become an effective manager or team leader.
