Corporate Finance and Strategy
Corporate Finance and Strategy - 5-day executive course at LSE
This Corporate Finance and Strategy executive course provides an applied approach to finance that will enable delegates to successfully tackle the topical financial issues affecting modern corporations across the globe.
The 5-day programme focuses on delivering the practical skills necessary to apply basic capital structure and valuation techniques in the evaluation of strategic decisions regarding including reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions and raising capital. Building on this, the course then goes on to examine the inter-relationship between corporate financial and strategic decision-making, adding to the practical approach with elements of theory and case study analysis.
