Presented by the ever-popular Colin Beaumont, this webinar will bring you up to speed on important case law and legislation, including changes to the law in this area made as a result of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022.
Case law to be explored includes Regina v Kehoe, Regina v Whitbread [2021], and Regina v Lawrence [2020].
Colin will also discuss amendments to the law concerning voyeurism, notification requirements under Part 2 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, and the Attorney’s General Reference (No. 1 of 2020), plus much more.

This webinar will bring you up to speed on important case law and legislation including changes to the law in this area made as a result of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022.

- Arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence - amendments made as a result of section 46 of the 2022 Act
- Advising those clients who are engaging in consensual but under-age sexual activity - the amended law concerning positions of trust - section 47 of the 2022 Act
