Course description

Leasehold enfranchisement is a complex area of landlord and tenant law with many pitfalls. The law is also constantly changing around us which directly impacts how we handle enfranchisement claims.


This full day seminar with Mari Knowles takes you through the constantly changing landscape of enfranchisement claims and includes workshops on specific known issues to practitioners. It will also include a session on future changes.


For many years Mari has worked as a landlord and tenant lawyer, with experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, complex enfranchisement transactions, commonhold and in landlord and tenant litigation. She frequently speaks at conferences and training on a range of topics, including commonhold.
