Course description

This virtual classroom seminar is for those looking to get involved or refresh their understanding of military police interviews and court martial cases. This will involve learning how to deal with both the usual criminal offences as well as service offences.


With the new Armed Forces Act 2021, this session contains the most up to date legal guidance and practical tips on how to defend even the most senior ranks of the forces against the most serious of allegations.


The session will cover the most common problem areas and how to deal with them, as well as tips on court martial proceedings and customs. It is presented by Kelly Thomas of Tuckers Solicitors, who is highly experienced in military law and has dealt extensively in advising all ranks of the Armed Forces who face criminal allegations.
