We will also look at what is on the horizon. There are currently several Bills going through Parliament, which impact on employment. We will look at what these might mean for employers, how to prepare, and the likely timescales.

It is presented by Kathy Daniels, a widely published author who writes and trains extensively for the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. She is a lay member of the Employment Tribunal, sitting in Birmingham.
