This virtual classroom seminar with Rebecca Atkinson, director of risk and compliance at Howard Kennedy LLP, will examine the requirements under the SRA Principles and Codes of Conduct and will discuss some real-life ethics scenarios. Consideration will be given to how to take a sensible and proportionate approach to law firm ethics that is commercial yet achieves the aims of the Principles and Codes.
Rebecca leads the firm's internal risk and compliance function and sets the risk and compliance vision and strategy, and is also their MLRO, MLCO and DPO.
