Course description

In Spring 2023 the SRA introduced a new Code of Conduct rule which requires all solicitors to treat colleagues fairly and with respect and partners will be required to challenge the behaviour of those who do not meet this standard.


Presented by expert compliance trainer Rebecca Atkinson, this virtual classroom seminar will discuss what this new rule means and how to put it in to practice. Topics covered will include the findings of the SRA wellbeing thematic review, what colleague, fairly and challenge mean in practice, scenarios to illustrate the new rule, and much more.
