Presented by popular speaker David Forbes, this 3 hour session will cover key topics including drafting s106 agreements, how to deal with enforcement issues confidently, and when you should apply for a certificate of lawfulness or planning permission. It will also provide you with the tools to ensure the report to your client is complete and accurate, your clients seek advice when they should, and how to interpret planning permissions and conditions affecting the property.

Introduction
This live broadcast session is aimed at all property lawyers and surveyors who are asked to advise their clients on planning matters affecting property they already own or are thinking of acquiring whether by contract or option agreements.
This session will consider the possible impact of the proposed reforms in the Government’s White Paper published in August. Particular attention will be given to the proposed reform of S 106 and CIL; affordable housing; protection of heritage assets: and Permission in Principle.
All proposed changes to Permitted Development rights as a result of COVID-19 will be dealt with.
In addition, the proposals for upward extensions, insistance on proper lighting standards together with New Homes and Building with Beauty will be considered.
