Course description
Planning law and practice continues to be an area which is the subject of constant change by the Government and Government agencies such as Natural England, and the Courts.
Presented by planning law expert David Forbes, this 5-part webinar series will provide an update on both actual and proposed changes. It also considers come of the recent Court decisions which have either clarified or, in some cases, confused areas of planning law.
Modules 1 to 3 will discuss government proposals for reform and recent legislation, permitted development rights, planning conditions and S 73. Modules 4 and 5 will explore planning permission interpretations, and the latest Supreme Court and Court of Appeal decisions.
