Presenter Katherine Doran will also review example clauses in standard form appointments, and will take a look at the recent case law to have impacted this area. Absolute obligations will also be discussed in detail.

Katherine has extensive knowledge in construction law, and has wide ranging experience both domestically and overseas. She is frequently asked to advise on construction contract documents, so be sure to tune in to benefit from her expertise in this area.
