This short webinar will look at the standard of care required from an architect providing services. It will consider the distinction between ‘reasonable skill and care’ and ‘fitness for purpose’, and what happens when that distinction becomes blurred.
Presenter Katherine Doran will also review example clauses in standard form appointments, and will take a look at the recent case law to have impacted this area. Absolute obligations will also be discussed in detail.
