Course description
In October 2021, the RICS published its Rules of Conduct, which apply to all members across the globe. Whilst the rules became effective from 2 February 2022, many surveyors are still not familiar with their requirements, a serious breach of which may give rise to disciplinary action.
This webinar is aimed at surveyors who are subject to RICS regulation, wherever they are located. It will explain in practical terms what the rules say, with examples of how surveyors can ensure that they are demonstrating the ethical principles of honesty, integrity, competence, service, respect, and responsibility on which the rules are based.
Presenters Alexandra Anderson and Emma Wherry are both construction law specialists with extensive experience in this area. Be sure to tune in to benefit from their expertise on this topic.
