Course description

Weaker tenants adversely affect capital value, but this does not necessarily need to be the case. Authorised guarantee agreements (AGAs), guarantors and rent deposits can make a really big difference to both landlords and tenants.


A tenant backed up by a strong guarantee or a pot of money held by the landlord can change the investment value of a property.


This virtual classroom seminar will combine brief presentations with a series of scenarios drafted to reflect common situations encountered in practice.
