Course description

This two-part virtual classroom seminar will provide an introduction and update on the key issues for commercial landlords and tenants, and aims to not only explore the general law but offer insight into points that commonly arise and guidance to assist in commercial landlord and tenant disputes.


In part one, presenter and specialist property litigator Michael Large will discuss the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, break clauses, rent review, liability of former tenants, and non-payment of rent.


Part two of this live and interactive course will cover forfeiture, dilapidations, consent to assignment and subletting, consent for alterations, and commercial service charge disputes.
