Join barrister Cristín Toman in our virtual classroom as she discusses when a tenancy is caught by Part 2 of the 1954 Act, the latest case law on the special rules where a business is carried on by a company or partnership associated with the tenant, and the grounds on which a landlord may terminate a business tenancy or a tenant may resist termination.


Further topics covered will include interim rents and an update on the pilot scheme for unopposed lease renewals from Central London County Court transferred to the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
