Course description

This virtual workshop focuses on how to lead and drive change in a professional practice. As well as providing strategies for effective leadership styles and driving change, the session will also explore practical solutions to some of the most common challenges faced.


Join expert speaker Kim Tasso as she aims to address a range of topics including why change so difficult, cultural issues within partnerships and the professions, creating your change management programme, the importance of emotional intelligence (EQ), and breaking out of the comfort zone.


Kim is the founder of RedStarKim Ltd, an experienced trainer, facilitator and a regular conference speaker. She has written seven books and is a psychologist and a qualified professional coach-mentor.
