The session will explore the various governance obligations relevant to your role, covering Senior Accounting Officer (‘SAO’), Business Risk Review (‘BRR’), Publication of Tax Strategy, and Corporate Criminal Offences (‘CCO’). If you have any responsibilities, or advise clients, in this area, then this session is for you.
The session is presented by Martin Callaghan, who has extensive experience of working with the financial services sector, including Banks, Private Equity and Insurance, and Emma Bailey, who helps clients to meet HMRC’s expectations in respect of several pieces of UK legislation concerning tax processes and controls.
