Presented by employment law expert Kathy Daniels, this short webinar is specifically aimed at support staff, to enable them to understand harassment and bullying, what it is and what should be done if it is observed in the workplace.


This webinar could be used as part of the induction process to alert employees to the importance of being aware of inappropriate behaviour and not to be afraid to challenge it.


Kathy will discuss how ‘harassment’ is defined in the Equality Act 2010, and will examine what is and is not harassment by using key case law. The webinar will also explore what behaviour amounts to bullying, challenging inappropriate behaviour, training and education and more.
